Wow, Carol, you did catch a whole herd on this great shot. Do you know why they "dusthole" in the ground, like the one in foreground" It is due to mites and other insects upon them, and they roll into these "bins" to help scratch and rid themselves of the unwanted vermin! Buffalo baths, but to the extreme. Not a lol on this one. I love the rolling hills and the the various standing, grazing, and resting positions you caught this grouping in. Makes for much more interest! Fine job, Carol, and thanks for sharing!
